1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and ExYZed (“ExYZed,” “we,” “us”). Please note that the provision of our professional AI and Automation services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or other definitive written contract. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an MSA, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
